Nicole Junkermann, founder of NJF Holdings, has admired the work of Spanish-American chef Jose Andres, who founded the food charity World Central Kitchen in 2010.

Nicole is an investor and entrepreneur with a passion for the foodtech industry.

As a London-based investor, Nicole is looking to the foodtech industry to change the way chefs like Jose Andres are able to provide the same quality of food in a more sustainable format. 

Nicole also admires Jose Andres’ charitable foundation World Central Kitchen, which has provided meals to crisis-hit areas from Haiti to Zambia and Peru.

From a personal perspective Nicole loves Latin American culture, curating her own art collection from the region and enjoys its cuisine.
