Through NJF’s venture capital arm (NJF Capital), we oversee a portfolio of over 30 start-ups across Europe and the US in sectors including healthcare, fintech, and deep tech. The team brings a wide range of expertise and experience to invest in early-stage companies tackling both the most pressing-challenges facing society today, in areas such as genomics, artificial intelligence, and climate change, as well as the products and services focused on making people’s lives easier.

During the last decade, the NJF group has built up a strong international network of investments, partners, and expertise in these areas, and is open exploring co-investment and syndicated opportunities, as well as direct, private investments.  Through NJF’s venture capital arm (NJF Capital), we oversee a portfolio of over 30 start-ups across Europe and the US in sectors including healthcare, fintech, and deep tech. 

Our current venture portfolio includes investments in deep tech companies, such as Owkin, Blockchain, Groq and Swarm, and fintech such as Bolt.  Three of our early investments – Songza, Dollar Shave Club and RelateIQ – were acquired by Google, Unilever and Salesforce respectively.

Nicole’s area of expertise extends to the healthcare, biotech, foodtech and femtech sectors. As such, she has a range of investments in these fields and is passionate about the inspiring individuals and entrepreneurs she works with. From her early days as investor, Nicole has followed her passions and it is no surprise that her passion for technology has led her investment strategy in recent years.
